Please refer to the steps given below:

            

         1. Navigate to Performance> Manage reviews



           

         2. Click on Actions> Unassign Template


 


3. Select the relevant Employees by checking the boxes next to the employee name and click on Unassign button.


 


Once you unassign the current template and assign the revised template. By doing this the system will wipe out the inputs provided by the employee and the manager. Hence the employee and the manager should take a PDF copy of the template before you unassign the template.
