To see analytics for a course you have assigned to users, go to the Assigned By Me page. When you click on the course you have assigned, you will be redirected to the Course Dashboard page. On that page, you will see a number of tabs. Course Analytics can be seen on the Learners tab and if the course has a quiz, the analytics for the Quiz can be seen under the Quiz Analytics tab.
