We believe that you have been navigating through the units by clicking on them from the menu on the right. Hence, you need open the course again and make use of the 'Next' button at the bottom to navigate to the next unit in order to let the application record your progress. Currently, you have viewed all the units but have not used the 'Next' button which caused your course not being promoted to the 'Completed' status.

You do not need to retake the quiz as you have already passed it but do not forget to click on the Next button even on the quiz unit. It will take you to the course feedback section and will mark the course as complete.
