What can Manager's see?
1. Managers can see the goals of their direct reports from the 'My Team' page.

What can Admins see?
1. Everyone's individual goals from the My Org page.

4. List of Contributors of Org/Department/Business Unit goals.
Is there a permission that lets someone have the visibility to goals like a site admin but without making him/her a site admin?
Yes, the following permission enables someone to have all these visibility without being a site admin.
What can department admins see?
The visibility for department admins are same as to Employees and Managers, however, they have the capability to create Department goals and visibility of the list of contributors of that department goal. Department admins neither can see department goals of other departments nor can see the list of contributors.
How do I enable Department admins to see the list of contributors of the Org Goals and Other department goals?
It can be done by assigning them the following permission.
Can employees see the department goals of other departments?
By default, in the Org Goals tab, they can only see the departments to which they belong to on the left-side menu but if an organization wants their employees to be able to see all the other departments too, we have a setting to enable that. However, they can only see the departments but cannot see the list of contributors of that department goal.
How do I enable everyone to see the list of contributors of a department/Org goal? It says 6 contributors but doesn't show who are they?
We have a setting (can only be enabled from our end) that lets everyone to see the list of contributors to all the Department/Org goals.
What are the default visibility restrictions in the goals module?
