In an organization, different people work on different projects. People who might have worked together at one point of time might now be working with different people.


So, when reviewing the performance there might be a need to gather inputs from different users.

Engagedly allows administrators to add additional reviewers to contribute to the performance review of users in their organization. You can enable this option in the Process configuration section under cycle settings.





If the feature has been enabled, you will find a new column called ‘Additional Reviews’ in the Manage Reviews page.

Clicking on this column against the username will take you to a pop-up where you can add multiple additional reviewers. As soon as you add them, they will receive an review invitation email and a respective pending action will appear on their dashboard.


The additional reviewers can only contribute to the review by adding comments (they cannot provide ratings). Their submitted reviews can be unlocked by the HR/Admins in case, they need to edit it. 


You can notify the additional reviewers who haven’t completed their reviews by selecting ‘Notify’ under actions for additional reviewers. HR can also notify additional reviewers individually from the ‘Manage Reviewers’ pop-up.






Additional Reviewers will find a section called 'My Extended Team' under the Dashboard. They need to click on the 'View' Action and it will open up the review page and they can add their inputs (only comments) there.
