You can post/upload documents and share it with others in Engagedly in three ways. 


Option 1: Upload the document to Drive and Share it with others. (Recommended)


Step 1- Go to Drive under My Workspace



Step 2- Upload the document.



Step 3- Share the document with other. Please use Everyone keyword to share with all active employees in the organization.




Option 2: Post the document on the Social Feed.


Step 1- Click the Plus button at the right bottom of your screen.



Step 2 - Click the Post button



Step 3- Click the Status update



Step 4- Add your comment and attach the document you want to share with everyone and hit the post button. Please use the Everyone keyword in the Notify People field to share with everyone in the organization.



Option 3: If you just want your Manager/Manager's Manager and Site Admins to view the documents then you may upload the documents under the documents tab in your profile page.


Step 1- Click on your name at the top left of your screen.



Step 2-  Click the documents tab and use the +UPLOAD DOCUMENTS option.
