We have a setting at our end to allow Managers/Site Admins/HR Managers to calibrate the Mangers' Overall Average Score on the review form. When we enable this option you will see a pencil icon appearing next to the Manager's score. Click on that, change the overall score and save it. Please refer to the screenshots below.

Please note that this option is not cycle-specific, it is applicable to all the cycles. We recommend you keep it enabled for a certain time frame and turn it off once the calibration process is over.

As we mentioned above, this setting can only be enabled at our end, please write to us (Engagedly Support) to enable this for your Engagedly site.

Please Note: The calibration will work only when the Manager's overall rating is disabled and the overall score is calculated by Section averages.
