The training recommendation section allows you to add training recommendations (Courses) for the employee. 

These courses can be pulled directly from Engagedly's Learning module (Library),

AND

Can also be pulled from the Manage Training Courses repository (located under Settings --> Performance). Usually these courses are located outside of Engagedly. This repository will allow you to add the name of the courses and a few basic details like the course URL, description, etc.

Please note that when you recommend a course from Engagedly's Learning Library, the course will be auto-assigned to the employee in the Learning module. However, if you recommended a course from the Manage Training Courses Repository, the course will just act like a place-holder/indicator for the employee to take this course in the future as part of the training recommendations.
