Step 1: Log in to Engagedly as a Site Administrator. Go to Settings → Integrations → SAML SSO → +ADD

Step 2: Enter a preferred name (Identifier Name) and hit Save.



Once Saved the system will generate the ACS URL and Entity ID. These will be copied to Azure later on.



Step 3: Log in to your Azure Portal and navigate to Azure Active Directory from the side menu. You will be taken to the Overview window.



Step 4: Click Enterprise applications. The Enterprise Applications window is displayed.



Step 5: Click + New application. You will be taken to the Add your own application window




Step 6: Select Non-gallery application



Step 7: Provide a name (i.e, Engagedly) in the Name field and click on the Add button




Step 8: The Overview screen will appear. Click on the Set up single sign on option. You can click on the same option from the side menu too.




Step 9: Select SAML




Step 10: Under Basic SAML Configuration you need to provide the Entity ID and the Assertion Consumer Service URL (ASC URL) that was generated in Engagedly in Step no 2.




Step 11: Add the Entity ID and ACS URL and Save the configuration.



Step 12: Now scroll down to the 3rd section and download the Certificate.



Step 13: Open the certificate file in a text editor and copy the whole content along with the -- BEGIN CERTIFICATE-- and -- END CERTIFICATE-- lines and paste it the Certificate field in Engagedly.




Step 14: Go back to the 4th section in Azure and copy the Login URL to the Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL filed and the Azure AD Identifier to the Identity Provider Issuer field in Engagedly. Click on the Save button shown below (in Engagedly).






Step 15: Now go to section 2 in Azure and click on Edit.





Step 16: You have successfully integrated Azure Active Directory with Engagedly for SSO. At last, do not forget to assign users from the Users and Groups page. To do so, go back to the Overview page in Azure and click on the Assign users and groups or you can select the option from the side menu too.



Step 17: Now to test SSO, go back to Engagedly and edit the recently saved configuration and click on Test Connection. If your Test Connection is successful, select the Enable SAML checkbox and Save. Your SSO set up is now complete. Please log out of Engagedly and try it out.
