The Access URL provided on the login email is a masked link which acts as a password reset and lets you set your own password. Once this link is used (or not used for 15 days) it becomes invalid. So, please always use your organization URL to access your Engagedly account once the link is used to set the password

If you have bookmarked the link on the login email, we would request you to update that with your organization URL.
