The "Archived" label is an identifier to identify the archived goals in the contributors' list. The system will not remove the archived goals from the contributors' list as it has the potential to change the overall goal progress of the Department/Organization goal. However, using this flag, the site administrator or department administrator can identify and remove the alignment of the archived goal if the contributing goal is no longer intended to be a part of the overall goal progress.
