You can upload documents in a user profile by navigating to Settings --> Users --> Search for the User --> Use Upload Documents option. Please refer to the screenshot below.

And to delete documents from a user profile navigate to Settings --> Users --> Search for the user --> Documents--> Delete Document. Please refer to the screenshots below.
