Step 1: Create a new template by enabling the goal module integration and click on save.
Step 2: Assign and share the template to the users who are present in the cycle.
Step 3: Once the template is shared, both the employee and the manager will be able to import the employee's goals for evaluation. Even as an HR manager you will be able to import the employee's goals too. To do so, click on the Employee Status column.
Step 4: In the Review Page Click on 'Add from the Goals Module'.
Step 5: Select the goals that are required and click Add and Save
The goals will be added to the review form along with their progress (green progress bar). In case, you would like to remove the added goals or you want to add more, use the MANAGE option as shown below.
The Employee Side:
In the performance review form, the employee would be able to import/manage the goals the same way mentioned above.
The Manager Side:
If the employee has not imported any goals while submitting the form, the manager will be able to pull the goals on their behalf. The goal import process remains the same. And, if the employee has imported some goals but the manager would like to add a few more or remove a few from the imported ones, they can use the MANAGE option.
Managers can even import goals even before the employee has submitted the review. To do so, they just need to go to the Manage Reviews page and open the review form similar to the HR manager and then the goals import process remains the same.
Please note that if the employee review is already submitted, adding new goals or removing a few from the added once (through the MANAGE option) will automatically unlock the employee's review.
