Unlike the performance templates, you cannot delete the multirater templates if they are already assigned in any of the multirater cycles, as they are tightly associated with the cycles. We do not have that detachment available yet.

Please note that you cannot delete the templates if those are created by any other admin even if they have not been assigned in any of the cycles.
