As a site administrator, you can set-up the "Rewards Redemption" by navigating to "Settings -> Reward Redemption -> Add Funds" to the Tango Card.

Under the Locations tab, you would need to set locations for redemption by setting up the conversion value for the points as shown below.
Once the configuration is done the user can redeem the points.
