Below is the list of Events for the Ongoing Check-in Module notifications.

  1. When someone saves a Check-in response: An email and In-App notification is sent to the Creator of the Check-in. Note: If the creator and the responder are the same, no notification will be sent.
  2. When a check-in response is updated: An email and In-App notification is sent to the manager of the participants who check-in.
  3. When a comment is made on a check-in: An E-mail will be received for the creator/participant.
  4. When a check-in response is in the pending state: All the participants who should check-in will get an email
  5. When check-in is launched: All the participants who should check-in will get an email
  6. When check-in is updated: All the participants who should check-in will get an email
  7. When a user misses submitting a response for check-in: All the participants who have missed check-in will get an email.
  8. When check-in is in the overdue state for user: All the participants who have check-in in the overdue state will get an email.
  9. When a manager notifies a user about check-in: The individual participant will get a mail about his check-in from his manager.
  10. When a manager notifies users in bulk about check-in: All participants will get an email from his manager about their check-in.
  11. When a site admin notifies to all users for check-ins: All the user will get an email from the site-admin for their check-ins
  12. When a site admin requests managers to check-ins for their direct reports: All the managers will get an email whose direct reports do not have any check-ins.
