Logging in to the App
Launch the App, enter your Engagedly Subdomain (e.g. awesome.engagedly.com), and hit the Arrow icon.
If your instance is configured for SSO you will be redirected to the respective login page else you will be asked for your Engagedly user id (your email id) and password, enter them and hit the Sign In button.
Your Engagedly Dashboard
As soon as you login you will see the Engagedly Dashboard. You can click on the pending actions and the app will take you to the respective module inside the app. For the modules currently unavailable in the app, clicking on the pending actions will take you to the respective module through the mobile browser.
You will also see information on your points, rank on the leaderboard, number of feedback shared/received, etc.
View and Post in the Engagedly Feed
The Engagedly feed shows you the post made by users including you. This includes all type of posts that appear on the web app. You can Like and comment on the posts too. The Plus menu at the bottom shows you the post options that you can make and start a conversation with your colleagues.
Viewing Engagedly Notifications
You can view the notifications by clicking on the bell icon on the top right corner. The notifications page shows you the notifications about posts, system/user activities, and your pending actions. By clicking on them, the app will take you to the respective module inside the app or will redirect you to the mobile browser to open the respective module in the web app based on the availability of the modules in the mobile app.
The Organization Directory
The Organization Directory lists down all users across all the departments/teams. You can search your colleagues using the search box provided and have a look at their profiles.
You can also look at different departments/business units and members of those departments.
Share, Request, View Feedback
The mobile app lets you Share, Request, View Feedback from your colleagues quite comfortably. You get notifications on the mobile app when you receive new feedback or someone asks feedback from you, click on it and you will be taken to the respective feedback within the app.
View and Check-in Progress on Goals
You can view and check-in progress on your goals from the mobile app.
Taking Notes
Hit on the Notes menu and take your notes in just one click. Additionally, you can share your notes with anyone you want. The notes created by you and shared with you are listed down by default, use the search box on top to find out a note from the list.
