Please follow the steps mentioned in the screenshot below.

Step 1.

Settings--> Users.

Step 2.

Search the user--> Click on the Lock icon.

Step 3.

Once you have unlocked the user send the login credentials, but please make sure the notifications are enabled before you send the login credentials.
