You can assign multiple courses to users at once with the help of the Course Import feature using the Course-Codes.
Step 1: Finding the Course-Code.
You can get the course-code from three places.
A. From the course details page.
B. From the learner's status export.
C. From Team/Org Export
Step 2: Downloading and filling data in the course-import template.
Now as you have the course codes, use the course-import template to populate the user email ids and the course codes so that the courses can be assigned to them.
A. Go to Course Import menu and export (download) the format for importing
B. Remove all the sample data from the 'Courses' and 'Learners' worksheets.
C. Now populate the 'Learners' worksheet with the Learners' email ids and provide the course codes. Please note that if you need to assign 3 courses to a user at once, add the user email id 3 times and provide course codes of different courses.
Step 3: Uploading the course-import template.
Save the populated data and upload the file. The courses will be assigned to users.
Or you can assign the course to a group (Open/Closed/Smart/Department/Business Unit).
Please navigate to Learning --> Managed by Me --> Search and open the course -->Click Assign to People --> Search and select the group --> Click the Assign button.
You can find all the Open and Closed group names from the Groups Page.
And you can find all the Smart group names from Settings --> Smart Groups.

Please note that when you assign a course to a group, it will be assigned to the users who are present in that group at that moment. Users who are added to the group later will not be auto-assigned with the course. You can either assign the course to those users manually or can assign the course to the same Group again. The course will be assigned to the rest of the users only without impacting the users who are already assigned with the course.
